EPS Arrival and Dismissal
 
Arrival
Parents will need to enter West Boundary Street from Dale Road and proceed on West Boundary until it intersects with Pump Station Road.  Turn right at this intersection and proceed in the far LEFT lane on Pump Station Road until reaching Eufaula Primary School.  Enter the designated drop off area.  All students will be dropped off at the main entrance area.  Door-openers will be stationed to assist students exiting their vehicles. Preferably all students should be seated in the back seat on the driver’s side.  Any student seated on the passenger side of the vehicle should wait to exit the vehicle until an EPS door-opener can assist the student in safely crossing the traffic to the sidewalk.   All traffic should remain in one lane against the curb.  Students cannot be dropped off before 7:00 a.m.  Pump Station Road will be one-way north from Madison Street to West Washington Street from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. Please refer to map.
 
Dismissal
Parents will need to enter West Boundary Street from Dale Road and proceed on West Boundary until it intersects with Pump Station Road.  Turn right at this intersection and proceed in the far LEFT lane on Pump Station Road until reaching Eufaula Primary School.  Enter the designated pick-up area.  Cars will wait in a single lane of traffic to pick up students on the left hand side of Pump Station Road.  Driveway entrances should not be blocked.  Pump Station Road will be one-way north from Madison Street to West Washington Street from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.  Cars should not start lining up before 2:30 p.m.  Cars will not be allowed to enter the pick-up area from Madison Street.  Please refer to map.
 
 
Students may be picked up anytime between 2:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.  All cars should have an official school hang tag when picking students up as car riders.  We do not allow parents to walk up to the car rider area to get children.  For the safety of all children, all car riders will be picked up from the dismissal line at the street.
 
STUDENT TRANSPORTATION
 
Students who live two miles or more from the school he/she attends will be provided with transportation.  It is a privilege to ride the school bus and with every privilege come responsibilities.  Bus students will follow the rules spelled out in the Code of Student Conduct.
 
Parents are to bring their child(ren) to school no earlier than 7:30 a.m. unless they eat breakfast at school and are to pick up their child(ren) no later than 3:15 p.m.   Children will be supervised by school staff between the times listed. 
 
ANY STUDENT LEFT AFTER 3:15 WILL BE ASSIGNED TO EXTENDED DAY.  PARENTS WILL BE CHARGED $5.00 as a drop-in Extended Day fee.  THIS IS A SYSTEM-WIDE PRACTICE AND IS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN!!  Our Clock will be used to determine exact time.
