As the largest student organization on the Eufaula High School campus, the Mighty Tiger Band is the premier instrumental performing group from our school. Comprised of students in grades 9-12, the Mighty Tiger Band has a long-standing tradition of providing exciting halftime shows at Tiger football games and they are always a highlight of our local homecoming and Christmas parades.
In addition to the marching band, our instrumental music department offers both Concert and Symphonic Band classes during the Spring semester. A jazz ensemble, show choir band, and theatre ensemble meet at various times of the school year to lend support to the total school program.
With a proud tradition of excellence, our band program consistently received superior ratings in the marching, concert, symphonic and jazz band idioms on the district, state, regional, and even national levels. Members of the Mighty Tiger Band have represented our school and community at performance venues like: National Festival of Music - Washington, D.C.; Chicago Festival of Music - Chicago, Illinois; Southwestern Bell Cotton Bowl - Dallas, Texas; Orlando Festival of Music - Orlando, Florida; Magic Music Days Walt Disney World - Orlando, Florida; Performance at the Statue of Liberty - New York, New York; Smoky Mountain Music Festival - Gatlinburg, Tennessee; and many others.
