Sophomore – 4 honor courses completed at the end of the sophomore year.
 
Junior – 6 honor courses completed at the end of the junior year.
 
Senior - 8 honor courses completed at the end of the senior year
 
A student must have a cumulative numerical average of 87 for induction into the NHS.
