The National FFA Organization (Future Farmers of America) operates under a Federal Charter granted by the 81st Congress of the United States, and is an integral part of public instruction in agriculture. The U.S. Department of Education provides leadership and helps to set the direction for the FFA as a service to state and local agricultural programs. With the motto: "Doing to learn, Learning to do, Serving to live, Living to serve" the EHS FFA is consistently one of the most recognized chapters in the country.
