Teachers make a difference in Eufaula, playing a key role in determining the nature and direction of school improvement efforts.  Stake-holders have a key role in the shared planning and decision-making process.  Each of the schools has an established Building Leadership Team, comprised of teachers and administrators working together for continuous improvement.  Each school is represented on a District Leadership Team which is a link between the schools, the superintendent, and the Board of Education.
